Three Ways to Bring FDEs Onto Your Team
If you’re new to Invovia, this is where to start. Every FDE relationship begins in one of these three shapes, and it’s fine not to know which one you need yet. Most first calls end with us pointing you at one of these based on what you actually described, not what sounded most impressive.
Discovery Sprint
A focused 3–4 week engagement where an FDE diagnoses your situation and produces an implementation-ready roadmap: architecture & tech-debt assessment, SDLC friction map, AI opportunity scorecard, phased roadmap, executive summary, and a follow-up Q&A session.
Best for: Evaluating options, or an independent second opinion.
Embedded Partnership
FDEs work inside your team for 3 to 12 months, delivering outcomes while building your team’s capabilities in parallel. Typical workstreams include AI/LLM integration, SDLC acceleration, architecture modernization, and platform engineering, reviewed quarterly and adjusted to what matters most.
Best for: A clear transformation objective with an existing team to build on.
Managed Capability
An Invovia FDE team takes ongoing accountability for a function, whether that’s AI-AMS, platform engineering, continuous modernization, or agentic AI operations, with monthly business reviews and a real-time dashboard. We give a minimum 6-month transition-out notice, and there’s no lock-in.
Best for: Capability without building and maintaining the team internally.
Graduation & Expansion:
Our most confident clients re-engage. Most relationships that start with a Discovery Sprint expand into an Embedded Partnership, and many Embedded Partnerships graduate into Managed Capability as trust and scope grow.
